Michael Vincent Magro of Woodcliff Lake, NJ passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 surrounded by his loving daughters. He was 85 years old. He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Carol Aloisi Magro.

Born in Manhattan on July 29, 1934  to Michael Magro and Jennie Sigliano, Michael was the third of four children. He was raised in New York City where he received his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and his law degree from New York Law School. Mike married the love of his life, Carol Aloisi Magro, and lived in New City, New York where they raised three daughters: Lucene, Jeanene, and Carol. Michael was a very successful attorney having served in the Attorney General’s Office, as a judge for the Workman’s Compensation Board, and lastly as a partner of the Law Firm of Reisman, Milberg, Abramson, and Magro before his retirement. He also served his country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. Mike loved to travel with his family, especially his wife Carol, where they explored many European countries, island destinations, and loved spending time in Atlantic City. He spent the winter months at his second home at Costa Del Sol in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where he served as a Board Member.  Mike loved to read and cheer on his favorite football team, the New York Jets! He was a lover of a good meal and sweets and never lost his appetite; he never passed up a good doughnut or a piece of cake!

Mike was especially proud of his three daughters, Lucene, Jeanene, and Carol; his three son-in-laws, Larry, Michael, and Michael who were true sons to him; and his grandchildren, Louis, Michael, Nicholas, Danielle, Brianna, Caroline, and Emma. Michael is survived by his 3 children, his daughter Lucene Noia of West Nyack, NY, her husband Larry and their children, Louis, Danielle, and Caroline; Jeanene Mead of Collegeville, PA, her husband Michael and their children Michael and Nicholas; and Carol Ryan of Nanuet, NY, her husband Michael and their children Brianna and Emma. Mike is also survived by his second wife Kathleen Kennedy and her children and grandchildren who he will dearly miss. He is also survived by his youngest brother William Magro Sr. of Ohio. Michael Magro will be missed dearly by many nieces, nephews, and friends, but most especially his children and grandchildren.
